The legs are made of a special silicon-manganese alloy, square in cross-section, measuring 30x30 mm, and made from heat-treated hardened steel. They work, elevate, and mix the soil without overturning it up to a depth of 25 cm. The double-coiled square section spring legs work by tearing the soil through vibration, and in heavy and compacted soil conditions, pointed or chisel-shaped iron tips are used. The tillers preserve the soil's moisture and structure, enriching it with oxygen and minerals through their vibrating operation. The special-shaped square section helical legs are made of heat-treated hardened steel. Due to their high roof or leg spacing, they are produced in 2 or 3 rows to prevent clogging during stubble cultivation. In hydraulic foldable cultivator models with spiral spring, the working width can be increased by increasing the number of legs parallel to the traction power. They can be easily transported on highways with the hydraulic folding system. Thanks to their fully closed feature, they occupy less space.
STANDARD FEATURES
WORKING SPEED
It should be used at a speed of 8-14 km/h depending on the soil conditions.
FOLDING
Thanks to the double-piston folding mechanism, it has a sturdy chassis structure.
STRONG & ROBUST CHASSIS
The chassis is made of 100x100x6 mm profile, ensuring a rigid and robust construction.
PAINT
All products we manufacture are individually oven-baked at 180°C. This protects them from factors such as mold and rust that can shorten the machine's lifespan.
OPTIONAL FEATURES
ROLLER
As an optional feature, a blade-toothed roller can be added to ensure balanced forward movement of the machine during stubble chopping and operation. It can have a single large roller or a double roller with locking pins.
FRONT LEVELING SHEET
The mechanically adjustable front leveling sheet brings the rough irregularities to the same level to increase the operational efficiency of the legs and rollers mounted on the rear.
REAR LEVELING SHEET
The processing legs bring the soil to a perfect level that is 100% ready for seeding even for the smallest seeds such as barley, wheat, poppy, and sugar beet.
TRACTOR TRACK RELIEF
In damp soils, tractor wheels compact the soil. Equipped with tractor track embossers with spring to emboss the track after the tractor.
BALANCE WHEEL
Parallel plowing is ensured with the balance wheel. Equal weight distribution is achieved by the tractor sinking evenly into the traction points. Fuel consumption is reduced by saving on traction power.
